It is not recommended to delete a lock, as a lock can be connected to other parts of the database. Instead, you can deactivate a lock that is no longer used. Follow the steps below.
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- In the top toolbar, click Menu.
- Scroll down to the "More Features" section and click Smart Locks.
- Click Accounts & Locks.
- Click Locks.
- Next to the relevant lock, click the toggle button to Deactivate.
