A listing is eligible to use Guesty PriceOptimizer if it meets the following requirements:
- The listing is located in the following countries:
- Australia
- Brazil
- Canada
- France
- Greece
- Israel
- Mexico
- New Zealand
- Puerto Rico
- Spain
- Switzerland
- United Arab Emirates
- United Kingdom
- United States
- The listing has been active for a minimum of 7 days and is integrated with at least one booking channel
If your listing is ineligible for these or any other reason you will see a note with details at the time you try to activate PriceOptimizer on the listing.
For a new listing, a counter is provided to let you know when PriceOptimizer will be available. For example, "GPO will be available in 7 days", "GPO will be available in 5 days", etc.
