Guesty Capital helps you grow your business through tailor-made financing options tied to your success! With Guesty Capital, you will be granted a Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) powered by our partner, Parafin, which you can reinvest into your businesses as you see fit. Renovate or upgrade your properties, invest in new listings, grow your team, or improve guest experience with quick and easy access to funds. The entire experience will take place within the Guesty For Hosts dashboard. See the important information associated with Guesty Capital below and follow the steps to get started.

Qualifications

In order to be eligible to use Guesty Capital, you must meet the following qualifications to be considered for an offer:

• Your account must be based in the United States.
• You must have had an account with Guesty For Hosts for at least 3 months.
• Your account must have a monthly sales cycle of at least $2,000 USD.

Limitations

• Only 1 MCA can be granted at a time.
• Once you accept an MCA, it cannot be adjusted.
• You can pre-pay your MCA to end the contract early.

Step by Step:

1. Log in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
2. In the top right, click the diamond icon.
3. Click Guesty Capital.
4. Click View Offer.
5. You will see the estimated offer you are pre-approved for based on your account's history.
6. Check the box next to "Share necessary business data", and then click View offer.
7. On the next page, you can adjust the offer amount by sliding the scale left and right.
   1. Please note that you cannot change the estimated payoff, repayment rate, Capital fee, or Capital amount. These rates are automatically calculated based on the chosen MCA amount.
8. If you have any questions, click Schedule a call to discuss your offer with a Parafin specialist.
9. Scroll down to view how your payments will be collected automatically each week.
10. Check the box to agree to Parafin's Term of Service and Privacy Policy, and then click the blue button to accept your offer.
11. In the pop-up, click Link a bank account to enter your bank account details.
12. Another pop-up will appear with information about Plaid. Click Continue and follow the instructions to verify your bank account.
    1. Please note that this process can take up to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the verification process has been completed.
13. Once your bank account has been verified and your MCA has been approved, the funds will be available in your account within 1-2 business days.
14. You can view the status and repayment history of your MCA in your Guesty dashboard at any time.
