Airbnb promotions are managed in Airbnb, not in Guesty For Hosts.
Since Airbnb's recent "early access" rollout, it has come to our attention that some Guesty For Hosts users, and other PMS customers, are unable to set promotions in Airbnb.
Airbnb's engineering team has shared that they are working on a fix for this and are expecting it to be resolved in the beginning of July 2023. Custom promotions cannot be deactivated from the API. You can set them up via the Airbnb for specific listings regardless of the sync connection type (Everything or Limited).
