Airbnb promotions are managed in Airbnb, not in Guesty For Hosts.
Since Airbnb's recent "early access" rollout, it has come to our attention that some Guesty For Hosts users, and other PMS customers, are unable to set promotions in Airbnb.
Airbnb is working on a fix for this, please contact them directly for assistance.
