Handling an Airbnb Listing That Is Rejected When Imported

If an Airbnb listing imported into Guesty For Hosts shows as "Rejected", this is due to not meeting Airbnb's policies for listings that are managed using Property Management Software like Guesty For Hosts.

A listing can be active on Airbnb but then rejected once it is imported into a PMS. Guesty For Hosts does not have visibility on the reasons for a listing rejection. Please contact Airbnb support directly to resolve. See more information from Airbnb about this policy here.
