We’re glad to inform you that our development team recently deployed a fix with regards to the recent issue we’ve had concerning Calendar rates and Smart Pricing 3rd party.

We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t work as expected, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Please let us know in any case the rates are still not updating on your end so we can further assist.




Currently, we are facing an issue with Guesty For Hosts' rate calendar. This is impacting all users and particularly PriceLabs' users because of a rate refresh.

We are still examining the potential root cause and a path to solving it. We appreciate your understanding as our team is working through it.

In the meantime - you can disconnect PriceLabs to manage your rates & availability manually via Guesty For Hosts.
