How Can I Cancel My Damage Protection Plan?

If you would like to change to a different plan, please contact us. If you would like to cancel your Damage Protection Plan, follow the steps below. 

  1. Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
  2. Click Menu.
  3. To the right of your plan, click the three dots.
  4. Click Deactivate Plan.
  5. Click Continue Deactivation.

Once the plan is deactivated, after 24 hours Damage Protection will be cancelled from all future reservations. Reservations that have already checked in at the time of cancellation will be covered and charged for.
