Due to some technical limitations, the number used to send SMS messages to cleaners has been blocked by some American phone carriers.
As a result, while the messages may appear as “sent” on our side, your cleaners are unfortunately unable to receive them.
We understand this is an inconvenience, however, our team is actively working to resolve it within the next weeks.
