PriceOptimizer's bulk capabilities allow you to seamlessly and efficiently manage pricing strategies for multiple listings. In addition to adjusting pricing on a per listing basis, you are now able to apply updates in bulk across listings for key functionalities, including:
- Seasonality strategy
- Day of week strategy
- Holidays strategy
- Minimum night restriction
- Last minute strategy
- Demand pacing
- Local events
- Seasonal time-based rules
Bulk capability actions will override the current listing settings. For example, if you update the seasonality strategy for multiple listings, the existing seasonality strategy in those listings will be replaced. For minimum night restrictions, you will have the option to add a new rule or replace the existing ones.
To adjust pricing for multiple listings at one time, follow the steps below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top right corner, click the diamond icon.
- Click PriceOptimizer.
- Click the checkbox for "All Listings", or click the checkbox for each relevant listing to update.
- In the pop-up at the bottom of the page, click Edit listing and select the relevant pricing strategy.
- Edit the settings according to your needs.
- Click Apply changes then Apply changes again in the confirmation pop-up.
