Calendar Not Showing Updated Data

The Guesty For Hosts calendar is automatically updated when you make changes on the calendar or there is a change related to reservations. However if you think there is a discrepancy in the calendar, you can refresh the data.

Pull Data From Airbnb

If your Airbnb rates and availability have been updated but are not yet reflected in the calendar, take the following steps to pull data from Airbnb.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
  2. In the top menu, click Calendar.
  3. At the top right, click to pull the data from Airbnb.
  4. Next to the above icon, click  to refresh the calendar.

Push Data to Connected Channels

If you are connected to Vrbo or Booking.com and updated rates and availability are not yet reflected in the channel calendars, take the following steps to push data to the channels.

  1. Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
  2. In the top menu, click Calendar.
  3. To the left of a listing, click to push the data to connected channels.
  4. Repeat as needed for additional listings.

Tip:

If you find that a newly imported Airbnb listing or new reservations are not shown in the calendar, you can sync the reservations.
