Enabling Message Sync Between Vrbo and Guesty For Hosts

Adding the Guesty For Hosts integration email address to your Vrbo account ensures that messages from guest are received in Guesty For Hosts, and vice versa. This step is included in the connection process here. To verify that the integration email is correctly entered in your Vrbo account, follow the steps below.

Find the Integration Email Address in Guesty For Hosts

  1. Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
  2. In the top menu, click Menu.
  3. Under "Channel manager", click Vrbo.
  4. To the right of the relevant account, click Settings.
The integration email address can be found and copied from the "Guest Communication Email" field.

Verify the Integration Email Address in Vrbo

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Vrbo account.
  2. Click My account.
  3. From the drop-down, select Account settings.
  4. Click Account information.
  5. Under "Account holder", see what is entered in the "Email 2" field.
    1. If this field is blank or shows a different email, update to the integration email address.
  6. Click Save changes.
