Managing Existing Vrbo Reservations (Users Previously on Standard Connection)

Reservations made prior to the upgraded connection will remain in Guesty For Hosts. However, once the upgraded connection is activated, these existing reservations are no longer synched with Guesty For Hosts. 
  • Any subsequent changes made in Vrbo to existing reservations, for example a cancellation or date alteration, will need to be manually updated in Guesty For Hosts. 
    • You can click on the reservation in the Calendar and modify the dates or delete the reservation in the Reservation Detail pop-up.
  • Guest messaging should continue to be managed from Vrbo for existing reservations.
  • All reservations made after the upgraded connection is complete are automatically synced.
