After syncing you Vrbo account, you can update your markup in Guesty For Hosts. You also have the option to use this same feature to markdown your Vrbo rates, by adjusting as a negative percentage amount.
Follow the steps below to change the markup or markdown amount, on a per room or bulk basis.

Keep in mind that the Guesty For Hosts calendar does not reflect the Vrbo markup. See more information here.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- In the top menu, click Menu.
- Under "Channel manager", click Vrbo.
- Click Rates.
- Click Edit.
- Adjust the percentage or fixed amount up or down as needed.
- Click Update.
Update Markup or Markdown In Bulk
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- In the top menu, click Menu.
- Under "Channel manager", click Vrbo.
- Click Rates.
- Click Bulk Edit.
- At the bottom click Edit Rates of Selected Rooms.
- Adjust the percentage or fixed amount up or down as needed.
- Click Save.
