Using our integration, you can define daily rates and minimum stays in Guesty For Hosts based on PriceLabs data along with many other customizations for your listings.
When your listings are synced through PriceLabs, all dynamic pricing updates (like nightly rates or base price changes) flow into Guesty, which then distributes those rates to your connected channels — Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, etc. However, PriceLabs only controls nightly rates. Any additional markups or service fees must be configured directly in Guesty.
Follow the steps below to connect with PriceLabs.
Important:
Make sure that your Airbnb account is already connected to Guesty For Hosts before integrating PriceLabs, or an error will occur.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- In the top toolbar, click Menu.
- Click Smart Pricing.
- Click PriceLabs.
- Activate your PriceLabs connection and copy the API Key to your clipboard.
- Sign in to your PriceLabs account.
- Click Add your listings.
- Select Guesty For Hosts.
- Under "Auth Token" paste the API key.
- Click Connect. Your listings will now show on your PriceLabs dashboard.
- Once you've reviewed and customized prices, click Sync Now to synchronize those prices with Guesty For Hosts.
