If I Change My Stripe Account, What Happens to Direct Booking Website Scheduled Payments?

A reservation payment will be completed from the Stripe account that was active when the reservation was made. At the time of reservation a customer and scheduled payment were created for the initial Stripe account, and it is not possible to move the reservation to a new Stripe account.
