You can easily view your reservations that are covered by Guesty Damage Protection. Follow the steps below.
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- In the top-right corner, click the diamond icon.
- In the lefthand menu, click Reservations.
The table displays covered reservations checked out during the previous month, sorted by most recent check-out date, along with the total number of reservations and total cost.
- Click the dates to select a different date range from the calendar pop-up.
- Under the "Claims" column, an active claim will display as "yes".
You have the option to download a CSV file of the reservation list.
