Update Check-in/Check-out Time in a Reservation

Default check-in and check-out times can be viewed and changed under a listing's booking settings. Learn more.

The default check-in and check-out times will not automatically populate in a reservation. If a guest is arriving or departing outside of the default times, you can update the reservation with their Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) or Expected Time of Departure (ETD) following the steps below.

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to Guesty For Hosts.
  2. Click Timeline or Calendar.
  3. Click on the relevant reservation.
  4. In the Reservation Detail pop-up, click the clock icon to set or update the guest's ETA or ETD.
  5. Click Apply.

Tip:

You can add the guest's arrival details, including mode of transportation, by clicking Add Arrival Info under the "Reservation Details" section.
