Give your team access to a calendar relevant to their tasks with our Cleaner & Teammate Portal, where teammates can preview a read-only calendar in real-time. There is no need for them to download an app or create their own logins! To manage and share the Cleaner & Teammate Portal, follow the steps below.
Important:
The Cleaner & Teammate Portal reflects items created under the Cleaning Reminders section. You cannot create tasks directly in the portal. If you haven't already created cleaning or other task reminders, start here.
Add New Teammate
Note:
A teammate is created automatically for any Guesty For Hosts user emails. You will need to add a new teammate for cleaners or other non-user teammates. A new teammate can also be added at the time you create a new task reminder.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- At the top, click Cleaning.
- Click Cleaner & Teammate Portal.
- Click Add New Teammate.
- Enter the teammate's details, including phone number and email to receive reminders.
- Click Add.
Manage a Teammate's Task Calendar
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- At the top, click Cleaning.
- Click Cleaner & Teammate Portal.
- Under the relevant teammate, click View Task Calendar.
The calendar displayed is what the teammate will see, including the following action options:
- View the attached checklist(s) and mark items complete.
- Click Give Feedback to share a message and/or photos, and view feedback shared previously.
- Mark the task as Done.
- Scroll through the calendar on the left to view upcoming tasks, click on a date to view details.
Share Task Calendar With Teammate
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- At the top, click Cleaning.
- Click Cleaner & Teammate Portal.
- Under the relevant teammate, click Copy Task Calendar Link.
- Paste the link in a message to send to the teammate.
When the teammate clicks the link, they will see the calendar and have the same action options described above.
Use the Cleaner Portal Without Reminders
If you would like to use the Cleaner & Teammate Portal but not send automated reminders, simply change the relevant teammate's email to delete@guestyforhosts.com and make the related task reminder notification by email only, not SMS. This way you will be able to see individual tasks in your app and share the calendar without the teammate receiving daily reminders.
