After this date you can continue to communicate with guests via Airbnb messaging from the Guesty For Hosts Unified Inbox. Please ensure that your Airbnb automated messages are set to be sent by channel platform, not by email.
After connecting your Airbnb account, you need to activate a setting in Airbnb in order to receive the guest email addresses alias for existing reservations in Guesty For Hosts. Email addresses for new reservations will be added automatically.
Follow the steps below to receive guest email addresses from Airbnb.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Airbnb account.
- Click Account.
- Navigate to Professional Hosting tools.
- Toggle on Allow me to email documents to guests to receive guest emails.
