If you want to verify that your Booking.com listing is properly connected to Guesty For Hosts, follow the steps below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to to your Booking.com Extranet account.
- Click Accounts.
- Click Connectivity Provider.
- Verify the account is connected to Guesty for Hosts and "active".
- If the connection shows "pending", check again in a couple hours.
Important:
Be sure that "Guesty For Hosts" not "Guesty" is connected. "Guesty" is a different connection for the Guest For Pros platform.
