When you contact Customer Solutions and submit a ticket, you can track its progress and your communication with the team from the Guesty For Hosts help center. Follow the instructions below.
- Open the Guesty For Hosts Help Center.
- Alternatively, in the Guesty For Hosts app click Menu then scroll down and click Help Center.
- In the top-right corner, click Log in.
- Enter your Guesty For Hosts credentials and click Log in.
- In the top-right corner, click your initials.
- From the drop-down, select My activities.
- Under the Requests tab, you can:
- Click on any ticket to open it.
- Search for a ticket by term or by ticket number.
- Filter tickets by status.
- Toggle between "My Requests" and "Requests I'm cc'd on".
Tip:
You can also submit a new ticket directly from the Help Center! Click the Contact Us button, right next to your initials.
