Tracking Your Customer Solutions Tickets

When you contact Customer Solutions and submit a ticket, you can track its progress and your communication with the team from the Guesty For Hosts help center. Follow the instructions below.
  1. Open the Guesty For Hosts Help Center.
    1. Alternatively, in the Guesty For Hosts app click Menu then scroll down and click Help Center.
  2. In the top-right corner, click Log in.
  3. Enter your Guesty For Hosts credentials and click Log in.
  4. In the top-right corner, click your initials.
  5. From the drop-down, select My activities.
  6. Under the Requests tab, you can:
    • Click on any ticket to open it.
    • Search for a ticket by term or by ticket number.
    • Filter tickets by status.
    • Toggle between "My Requests" and "Requests I'm cc'd on".

Tip:

You can also submit a new ticket directly from the Help Center! Click the Contact Us button, right next to your initials.
