Once you've created automated task reminders and are using the Cleaner & Teammate Portal to share task calendars with your teammates, you have options to customize the portal. To adjust settings such as notifications for completed tasks and the calendar date view, follow the steps below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- At the top, click Menu.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to the "Cleaner Portal" section and update as needed:
- Completed Tasks: To activate or deactivate push notifications for completed tasks, click the toggle button.
- Task Overview Duration: To change the date range visible for your teammates' task calendars, click the down arrow. Select 7, 15, or 30 days.
- Cleaner Portal Start Date: To change the start date of the cleaner & teammate portal view, select 1, 3, or 7 days from the past.
