Troubleshooting: Error Message After Entering the Property ID

In order to link a Booking.com property with Guesty For Hosts, you need to set Guesty For Hosts as your connectivity provider in Booking.com and then enter property ID in Guesty For Hosts.

If you receive an error message after entering the property ID telling you to make sure you sent a channel manager connection request from Booking.com, it may indicate one of two things:
  1. You did not complete the steps to set Guesty For Hosts as your connectivity provider.
  2. You completed the steps to set Guesty For Hosts as your connectivity provider incorrectly.
To resolve the issue, follow step 1 in the linking instructions and make sure you:
  1. Disconnect from your current connectivity provider, if you have one.
  2. Select Guesty For Hosts as the connectivity provider.
