To cancel a direct booking reservation, follow the steps below.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- In the top navigation bar, click Menu.
- Scroll down and click Reservations.
- In the search bar, enter the reservation code or guest name.
- Click on the reservation to view details.
- Scroll down and click Delete Reservation.
Tip:
Direct bookings are identified with a calendar icon in the reservations list. The "Delete Reservation" button is not available for bookings made via a channel connection.
Note:
If a payment has been made prior to cancellation, any refund due must be processed manually through your Stripe or Paypal account.
