How Can I View and Edit a Reservation's Automated Messages?

To view the automated messages either sent or scheduled for a reservation, follow the steps below.
  1. Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
  2. In the top menu, click Calendar.
  3. Scroll through the calendar and click on the reservation.
  4. In the Reservation Details pop-up, scroll down to "Automated Messages".
  5. To the right of the relevant message, click See Details.
    • Click Edit Message to edit and save the message content.
    • Click Send Now to send a scheduled message.
    • Click Pause Message to pause a scheduled message.
    • Click Reschedule to un-pause a message.
