To view the automated messages either sent or scheduled for a reservation, follow the steps below.
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- In the top menu, click Calendar.
- Scroll through the calendar and click on the reservation.
- In the Reservation Details pop-up, scroll down to "Automated Messages".
- To the right of the relevant message, click See Details.
- Click Edit Message to edit and save the message content.
- Click Send Now to send a scheduled message.
- Click Pause Message to pause a scheduled message.
- Click Reschedule to un-pause a message.
