Why Is My Listing Published to Vrbo Still Pending? (Upgraded Connection)

You can publish listings to your Vrbo account at any time. The listing's status will change to "Connected" in Guesty For Hosts once it has been approved by Vrbo, usually within 3 working days.

If a listing is still "Pending" 72 hours after being published, it may require additional verification. Follow the instructions below.

1. Check If the Account Is Connected

1. If the account is not connected, complete Vrbo's SSO Form, and contact Vrbo's support team so that they can guide you through the process of connecting your account.
2. Once you've completed the above, in Guesty For Hosts you must click the tickbox to acknowledge the form is complete, then click Confirm.
3. If the account is connected, proceed to the next step.

2. Check When the Listing Was Published

1. If the listing was published less than 72 hours ago, please note that it can take up to 72 hours for the listing to get connected. 
2. If the listing was published more than 72 hours ago, please contact us.
