Important:
Disconnecting your Vrbo account is an irreversible action. Once the account is disconnected, it cannot be reconnected and all integration data is erased. Any previously connected listings associated with the account will be deactivated and can no longer be managed in Guesty.
1. Disconnect in Guesty For Hosts
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- In the top menu, click Menu.
- Under "Channel manager", click Vrbo.
- To the right of the relevant listing, under "Listing Status" click the down arrow and select Disconnect.
- Repeat for additional listings.
- Contact us to disconnect your Vrbo upgraded account from Guesty For Hosts.
2. Disconnect in Vrbo
Step by step:
- Contact Vrbo support in one of the following ways:
- Call or send a contact form
- In your Vrbo account click Help then Contact us to chat with an agent
- Request a decommission of your integration with Guesty and provide the following details:
- Your Advertiser's ID
- Your Vrbo account email
- The listing IDs to disconnect

Important:
Vrbo Support will notify you once decommissioning is complete. Any status updates or questions must be sent to Vrbo directly. Guesty Support will not contact Vrbo to request or confirm decommission status.
