Contacting Customer Experience

If you have questions or come across issues when using Guesty For Hosts that you are not able to resolve with our help articles, follow the instructions below to contact us from the widget in your Guesty For Hosts dashboard, mobile app, or from the Help Center website.
Once submitted, you can track the progress of your ticket in the Help Center.  

From the Desktop App Widget

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
  2. In the bottom-right corner, click the question mark icon. 
    • If you have a chat icon instead of a question mark, see Note below.
  3. Scroll down and click Contact us by Email.
  4. Fill in the information below:
    1. Topic: Select the most relevant option: "General question", "Technical issue", or "Billing question".
      1. Select the related sub-category presented.
    2. Subject: Describe the issue you are experiencing in a few words. 
    3. Description: Explain the issue you are experiencing and which steps you took until it occurred. Include details about which listing, reservation, or calendar dates were affected, screenshots if you have any, and let us know if you attempted any troubleshooting.

Note:

If the widget icon in your app looks like the below, you can ask the Guesty For Hosts chatbot your questions and receive tailored responses. If the chatbot is not able to resolve the issue, it can open a ticket with Customer Experience on your behalf.

From the Mobile App

Step by step:

  1. Open the Guesty For Hosts mobile app.
  2. Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
  3. At the bottom of the app, click Menu.
  4. Scroll down to "Help & Support" and click Contact us.
  5. Choose the subject most relevant to the issue you are experiencing and click Contact us.
  6. Describe the issue you are experiencing and which steps you took until it occurred. Include details about which listing, reservation, or calendar dates were affected, and let us know if you attempted any troubleshooting.
  7. Click Send.

Once your ticket is resolved, we will send you a customer satisfaction survey and would appreciate your feedback.
