Managing Airbnb Listing Details

If your imported listing from Airbnb is set to Sync Everything, you can manage listing details in Guesty For Hosts. Listing details include photos, amenities, location, guest access information, Wifi, house rules, and more. 

Important:

Listing details are only synced with Airbnb and Vrbo upgraded connection. Any changes made in Guesty For Hosts must also be made on other connected channels including Vrbo standard connection.
Follow the steps below to update your listing's details.

Update Listing Details

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
  2. In the top menu, click Menu.
  3. Click My Listings.
  4. To the right of the relevant listing, click the right arrow.
  5. To the right of "Airbnb", click Edit listing.
  6. Click Listing Details.
  7. Edit the details as needed in the sections described below.

Listing Details Sections

  1. Photos
    1. To reorder photos by dragging and dropping, left-click on the two lines next to a photo.
    2. To edit the title or delete the photo, click the arrow to the right of the photo. Click Save.
  2. Rooms and Spaces
    1. Click Edit.
    2. Click the plus or minus sign next to each defined area to update which area the guests can use.
    3. Click Save.
  3. Amenities
    1. To the right of each section, click Show.
    2. Click the tickbox for all included amenities.
    3. Click Save.
  4. Title and Descriptions
    1. To update the languages available, click Add/Edit Languages.
    2. Click in the text box under each section to edit.

    3. Scroll down to view all section options, including Guest Access and House Rules.
    4. Click Save.
  5. Property and Guests
    1. Click the right-hand dropdown arrow, and select the property type that most accurately describes your listing.
    2. Click the plus and minus signs to edit the number of allowed guests.
    3. Click Save.
  6. Location
    1. Click the radial dial to choose which to show when searched: the general area or a more specific location.
    2. Under "Directions", click the text box to edit the guest information.
    3. Click Save.
  7. Guest Resources
    • Note: The below information is only visible to guests with confirmed reservations.
    1. Click Add Method to select a check-in method (e.g. keypad, lockbox, host greeting).
      1. Click the text box to edit the guest information.
    2. To update Wifi instructions, click the text box to the right of "Network Name" and "Password".
    3. Under "House Manual", click the text box to edit and add instructions and tips for the guest.
  8. Click Save.
