Managing Listing Sync Settings for Airbnb

Airbnb offers two options to connect listings with a property management system (PMS), including Guesty For Hosts: Sync Everything, or Sync Pricing and Availability.
Depending on when you first connected your Airbnb account to Guesty For Hosts, you either select which sync setting to use or it was automatically set to Sync Everything. The sync setting can be changed later as needed, following the steps below.
The sync setting is displayed under each listing as follows:

  2. In the top menu, click Menu.
  3. Under "Account", click My Listings.
  4. Click the relevant listing.
  5. To the right of "Airbnb", click Edit listing.
