See information below on how to add or remove listings from your website; update certain details about your listing; and refresh the details that are pushed from Airbnb.
Important:
If you are adding a new listing, you must keep all listings selected (step 8 below). For example: Your website already includes Listing A and Listing B. You've recently acquired Listing C and want to add it to your site. Click "Select All" to include all three listings on your site. If you only select Listing C, Listing A and Listing B will be removed from your site.
Add or Remove Listings
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- Click Menu.
- Click Website Builder.
- Click Edit Website.
- Click the relevant website.
- Next to the website name, click "Edit" to
- Click Listings & Details.
- Click Add / Remove Listings.
- Select the listings to include on your website. Ensure that all listings you want on your site are included, both existing and and any new listings.
Edit Listing Details
Guesty For Hosts is an Airbnb-based application. We get all the required information regarding your listings from Airbnb and then push it to your website. You are able to change some of the details specifically for your direct booking website, following the steps below.
Tip:
If you make a change to your Airbnb listing data, push the Airbnb updates to your website as per step 8b below to Refresh Details From Airbnb.
Step by step:
- Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
- Click Menu.
- Click Website Builder.
- Click Edit Website.
- Click the relevant website.
- Click Listings & Details.
- Click the relevant listing.
- Edit as needed for the following options:
- Custom Taxes: Activate and fill in the relevant information.
- Refresh Details From Airbnb: Click the down arrow and select all or some content to refresh from Airbnb if it has been recently updated. Click Refresh.
- Listing Details:
- Name
- "Starting from" price
- Maximum capacity
- Number of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms
- Summary
- Amenities: Enter freeform text.
- Description: Including the space, guest access, guest interaction, notes, the neighborhood.
- House Rules: Enter freeform text.
- Click Save.
