Will My Existing Booking.com Reservations Be Imported To Guesty For Hosts?

Existing Booking.com reservations with a future check-out date are imported to Guesty For Hosts during the connection process. Past reservations - those with a check-out prior to the date of connection - are not imported.
Keep in mind that for imported reservations, Booking.com does not share the guest email address or phone number.


In order for Automated Messages to be sent successfully for imported Booking.com reservations, and to communicate with the guest from the Inbox, the guest email address and/or cell number must be entered manually in the Reservation Detail page
