Existing Booking.com reservations with a future check-out date are imported to Guesty For Hosts during the connection process. Past reservations - those with a check-out prior to the date of connection - are not imported.
Keep in mind that for imported reservations, Booking.com does not share the guest email address or phone number.
Important:
In order for Automated Messages to be sent successfully for imported Booking.com reservations, and to communicate with the guest from the Inbox, the guest email address and/or cell number must be entered manually in the Reservation Detail page.
