Date changes can be made in Guesty For Hosts for direct bookings and Vrbo upgraded connection reservations. For other channels, including Vrbo standard connection, changes made in Guesty For Hosts do not sync and must be made directly in the channel.

Send Guest Messages
- Click email to send a template message from your computer or mobile.
- If the reservation was made via connected channel, you can send a platform message.
- Click SMS to send a template or one-off text message from your mobile.
- Click WhatsApp to send a one-off text message from your mobile.
Update Check-in and Check-out Details
- Click the calendar icon to update the check-in date or check-out date.
- For direct bookings and Vrbo upgraded connection bookings only.
- Click the clock icon to update the check-in time or check-out time.
Damage Protection
- View Damage Protection coverage details. See more information here.
Reservation Details
- Number of guests
- Click Edit to change and save the number of guests.
- For direct bookings only.
- Click Edit to change and save the number of guests.
- Confirmation number
- Click the copy icon to copy the confirmation number to your clipboard.
- Language
- Click Edit to select a different language.
- Nickname
- Click Add Nickname to add a guest nickname to be used in automated messages.
- For an existing nickname, click Edit to change or delete.
- Arrival Info
- Click Add Arrival Info add the guest's arrival details.
- If the guest filled out an arrival form, the information will be auto-populated. Learn more here.
- Click the icon for the relevant form of transportation, e.g. plane or car.
- Fill in the arrival time and other relevant details, e.g. flight number.
- For existing arrival info, click Edit to change or delete the information.
- Click Add Arrival Info add the guest's arrival details.
Contact Details
- Phone Number
- Click Add to add the guest's phone number.
- For an existing phone number, click Edit to change or delete.
- Email Address
- Click Add to add the guest's email address.
- For an existing email, click Edit to change or delete.
- Click Add 2nd Email Address to include another email.
Automated Messages
- View past and future automated messages sent to guests.
- Click See Details to:
- View the message content.
- Click Edit Message to edit and save the message content.
- Click Send Now to send a scheduled message.
- Click Pause Message to pause a scheduled message.
- Click Reschedule to un-pause a message.
Weekly Reminders
- View scheduled weekly reminders for guests.
- Click See Details to:
- View the reminder content.
- Click Edit Message to edit and save the reminder content.
- Click Send Now to send a scheduled reminder.
- Click Pause Message to pause a scheduled reminder.
- Click Reschedule to un-pause a reminder.
Task Reminders
- To create a new task, click Add One-Time Task.
- Follow the prompts to create and assign a one-time task.
- To update an existing task, click See Details.
- Send a reminder to the assigned Teammate.
- Change the teammate assigned to the task.
- Add or change a checklist for the task.
- Update the task status.
Notes
- Host Notes
- To add a freeform note, click on the text box then click Add.
- To delete an existing note, click on then text box then click the garbage icon.
- Reservation Notes
- Reservation notes come from the channel and cannot be deleted.
(Optional) Payment Details
- The following sections will appear after "Notes" if you are using Stripe payment processing for your direct booking website or Booking.com.
- Payment Method: Guest's payment method is via Stripe, or PayPal for direct bookings.
- Auto Charge: Auto payments is enabled for this reservation.
- Security Deposit: Security deposit is enabled for this reservation.
If none of the above applies, "Payout Details" will appear directly after "Notes".
Payout Details
- If relevant to your business model, you can view homeowner payouts made for this reservation.
- Click Edit Payout Details to change or remove the amount of a line item.
- Click Add New Payout Item to create a manual payout.
Review
- View the status of your auto review for the guest, if activated.
- Toggle on/off for the scheduled auto review to be created.
Delete Reservation
- Click Delete Reservation to:
- Removes the reservation from your calendar.
- For channel bookings, the reservation must still be cancelled in the channel.
