Update Booking.com Markup

After linking your Booking.com account, you can update your markup in Guesty For Hosts. Due to the difference in commission policies between Airbnb and Booking.com, we add 15% to Airbnb rates by default for your Booking.com prices.
Follow the steps below to update the markup amount for Booking.com on a per room or bulk basis.

Important:

Keep in mind that Guesty For Hosts displays your Airbnb prices. The rate pushed to Booking.com is based on the Booking.com markup set. Your Airbnb rule-sets and discounts are not pushed to Booking.com.

Tip:

In addition to setting the markup, you can customize rates and availability for Booking.com directly in the calendar.

Using Multiple Rates in Booking.com

The Guesty For Hosts price will apply to the selected Booking.com rate plan. The standard rate is selected by default, however you are able to change the selected rate plan by using the Base Rate Category dropdown in the steps above.
If you use multiple rates in Booking.com, they should each be based on adjustments to your selected rate plan.
For example: You offer a non-refundable rate at a 10% discount. Under the non-refundable plan in Booking.com, use the option "Based on one of my current plans" and select the same rate plan as used in Guesty For Hosts.
This way, when you make an adjustment to your Booking, com markup in Guesty For Hosts, your Booking.com base rate will be updated, and any additional rate plans automatically adjusted accordingly.
