Managing Airbnb Listing Photos

If your listing sync setting with Airbnb is "Everything", you can edit, delete, or change the order of your photos in Guesty For Hosts. Follow the steps below.

Airbnb Accessiblity Feature Limitations

Be aware that if you add accessibility features to your listing in Airbnb, this will limit your ability to change photos in Guesty For Hosts.

As soon as you add an accessibility feature with a photo in Airbnb, the status is immediately changed to “in review” and you cannot make any changes until the review is finished by Airbnb.

If you try to edit or delete a photo in Guesty For Hosts while your accessibility feature is still "in review" with Airbnb, you will see the following error:

Once the accessibility feature is approved by Airbnb, you should be able to delete or edit the photo in Guesty For Hosts. 

Access Photos

1. Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
2. In the top menu, click Menu.
3. Under "Account", click My Listings.
4. To the right of the relevant listing, click the right arrow.
5. To the right of "Airbnb", click Edit listing.
6. Click Listing Details.
7. Click Photos.

Edit a Photo

1. Click the relevant photo.
2. Type content in the text box.
3. Click Save.

Delete a Photo

1. Click the relevant photo.
2. At the bottom, click Delete this photo.
3. In the pop-up, click Delete.

Add a photo

1. Scroll down to the bottom.
2. Click +Add another.
3. Upload the image.
