How Can I Accept Credit Card Payments via Stripe For Reservations?

If you are choosing to have Guesty For Hosts handle your payments through Stripe, including security deposits, you must have your Guest Payment Option in set to accept credit cards.

In the Admin Panel, navigate to Property > Policies to check and update this setting. See's instructions here. If you need further assistance, please contact support.

In Guesty For Hosts, if the Reservation Details Payment Details section shows "No credit card received" this indicates that did not include the card details when they shared the reservation. Please check that your Guest Payment Option oin is set to accept cards. If it is, please contact us to investigate further.
