If you are choosing to have Guesty For Hosts handle your Booking.com payments through Stripe, including security deposits, you must have your Guest Payment Option in Booking.com set to accept credit cards.
In the Booking.com Admin Panel, navigate to Property > Policies to check and update this setting. See Booking.com's instructions here. If you need further assistance, please contact Booking.com support.
In Guesty For Hosts, if the Reservation Details Payment Details section shows "No credit card received" this indicates that Booking.com did not include the card details when they shared the reservation. Please check that your Guest Payment Option oin Booking.com is set to accept cards. If it is, please contact us to investigate further.
