Once you've imported your listings from Airbnb, pricing and availability settings are managed in Guesty For Hosts. When you change a price or availability setting through Guesty For Hosts, it is immediately pushed to your Airbnb calendar.
If your listing is set to Sync Everything, you will additionally manage listing details and booking settings in Guesty For Hosts.
