Managing Airbnb Availability Settings

Once you've imported your listings from Airbnb, availability settings are managed in Guesty For Hosts. Availability settings that can be updated include advance notice, minimum/maximum length of stay, and check-in/check-out days.

Availability settings are synced with:

Availability settings are NOT synced with: 

  • Vrbo standard connection
    • Update directly in Vrbo
  • Booking.com
    • Availability restrictions must be set separately in Guesty For Hosts, explained here.

Update Availability Settings

Step by step:

  1. Sign in to your Guesty For Hosts account.
  2. In the top menu, click Menu.
  3. Under "Channel manager", click Airbnb.
  4. Under the related Airbnb account, click Listings.
  5. To the right of the relevant listing, click the right arrow.
  6. Click Availability.
  7. Edit the details as needed in the sections described below, scrolling down to view all options.
  8. Click Update Availability Settings.
